What if my order is missing a product? We will research the order and the statements and be sure to quickly resolve the issue. If an item is placed on backorder, it will be delivered within a day or two of the original order. If the item is no longer available, it will not show up on the invoice and you will be notified at the time of the delivery.

How long does it take to get my order? Basic orders are usually delivered within one to two business days. Large supply orders are often delivered next day, however, large furniture orders may take an additional couple days.
